As festive as his native country, Diego Armando Maradona has become the main character and the core on which the brand's identity is built. The brand's inspiration is expressed through its colors and the illustrated portrait of Diego. Celebrating the colorful Argentinian alleys, architecture and street art of poor neighborhoods, we have illustrated Diego's portrait in this style as well.
Developed to be a coffee to go, the essence of the brand is mainly expressed in the media of the brand identity, with its black and wet, white and colored elements. The packaging is specially designed for take-out, as it is sufficient on its own to live outside the cafe, while evoking its identity and belonging to Café Diego.

Diego Maradona's stenciled head and logo are the most common identity elements used in the media. We also took the newspaper pages with articles about the legendary soccer player and injected them into the brand's identity as a medium.
Our challenge was not to create a club of football fans, but to show something typical of this country, to present Diego as part of Argentina and to create a place where you can enjoy a beer without alcohol and tasty food while watching another soccer game.
